  • SERVICES OFFERED

      1. Payment of utility bills, including electricity, internet, and education fees.
      2. Airtime and data bundle top-ups across major mobile network providers.
      3. Subscription renewals for cable TV services.
    1. To ensure compliance with international and local regulations, EKXpay adheres to all relevant laws, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, Data Protection law currently in force in Nigeria, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for data protection.
  • ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION

    1. TRANSACTION PROCESSING AND LIMITATIONS

      1. Your EKXpay account security is of utmost importance. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of protection.
      2. EKXpay shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
    2. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

      1. At EKXpay, we strive to ensure all transactions are processed accurately. However, in the event of a transaction error on our part, refunds will be processed in accordance with our internal policies.
        1. Chargebacks:If you believe a transaction has been processed in error or without your authorisation, you may initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We request that you notify EKXpay immediately if a chargeback is initiated, so that we may investigate and work towards a resolution. During this investigation, EKXpay reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account.
        2. Dispute Resolution:If you have any disputes regarding a transaction or EKXpay’s services, we encourage you to contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter may be referred to arbitration, and both parties agree to pursue arbitration as the primary means of resolving the issue before pursuing legal action.
    3. SECURITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

      1. EKXpay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases where these Terms are violated or if any illegal, fraudulent, or suspicious activities are detected. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will receive written notice explaining the reason for such action.
        1. Appeal Process:If you believe that your account was suspended or terminated in error, you have the right to appeal. You must submit your appeal to EKXpay customer support within 7 days of receiving the suspension notice. EKXpay will review your appeal and, if deemed appropriate, reinstate your account.
    4. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

      1. All content available on the EKXpay platform, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and graphics, is the intellectual property of EKXpay. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any part of EKXpay’s content without prior written permission from us.
    5. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES

      1. In addition to other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you are prohibited from using EKXpay or its services for any unlawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
        1. Engaging in fraudulent or illegal transactions, such as money laundering or financing terrorism.
        2. Providing false or misleading information.
        3. Interfering with the security or integrity of EKXpay’s services.
      2. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in such prohibited activities without prior notice.
    6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

      1. While EKXpay strives to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from errors. Periodic maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary service disruptions
      2. EKXpay shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from service interruptions or delays.
      3. Users acknowledge that they are using EKXpay’s services at their own risk, and EKXpay will not be held responsible for losses or damages arising from the use of the platform. However, EKXpay shall explore every possible avenue to ensure the optimal performance of our services.
    7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

      1. These Terms and any agreements arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved in Nigeria, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 6.
    8. PROHIBITED USES

      1. EKXpay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use EKXpay after any amendments, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms.
